All JBSS facilities are compliant with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standard, achieving and maintaining SQF level 2 certification. We have a robust HACCP program and follow strict allergen containment protocols to prevent cross-contamination. Our validated processes achieve 5-log reduction of pathogens.
