Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, protein powder, shredded coconut and Omega-3 mix.
- In a small bowl, melt peanut butter and honey. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until a kneadable dough is formed.
- Form dough into a rectangle, 3/4” high and 4” wide.
- Cut into bars and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
