Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add apples, grapes, celery and walnuts to dressing. Toss to coat.
  3. Plate approx. 2 cups of lettuce and top with approx. 1 cup of dressing mix.
