Ingredients
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add apples, grapes, celery and walnuts to dressing. Toss to coat.
- Plate approx. 2 cups of lettuce and top with approx. 1 cup of dressing mix.
