Preparation
- Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Place halved side down on a sheet pan and roast at 375°F for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Do not drain bacon grease. Break bacon into 1/2" pieces.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and add to skillet with bacon and 1 cup walnuts. Cook 4-5 minutes until crisp. Add dried cherries and remaining walnuts before serving.
