Fisher® Signature Pecan Pie

- Heat oven to 375ºF. Place crust in pie pan and line with parchment paper. Add pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is firm and dry. Cool slightly. Remove pie weights and parchment. Reduce over to 325ºF.
- While crust is pre-baking, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and salt. Cook 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until warm and glossy. Chop 1 ½ cups of pecan halves. Reserve remaining 1 cup of whole pecan halves.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Add warm butter mixture to eggs, whisking constantly until well blended. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into prepared crust. Top pie with remaining pecans halves in desired arrangement.
- Bake 50-55 minutes or until slightly puffed and center is almost set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
