  1. Unfold pastry and cut into 24 equal squares. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  2. Slice apples into 1/8" thick slices. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cook for 5 minutes. Add honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes until apples are soft and sauce has thickened. Stir in walnuts.
  3. Slice puff pastry squares in half. Spoon apple mixture and cream between 2 pieces of puff pastry. Garnish with extra cream.
