Preparation
- Unfold pastry and cut into 24 equal squares. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Slice apples into 1/8" thick slices. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cook for 5 minutes. Add honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes until apples are soft and sauce has thickened. Stir in walnuts.
- Slice puff pastry squares in half. Spoon apple mixture and cream between 2 pieces of puff pastry. Garnish with extra cream.
