Preparation
- Toss sweet potatoes with melted butter, honey, salt, and pepper.
 - Place on sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and brown.
 - Stir in apples and pecans and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until apples are soft.
