- In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1 tsp. of seasoning blend and 1 tsp. garlic. Add walnuts and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Melt remaining butter over medium heat. Add seasoning, garlic, and chicken, turning to coat both sides with butter mixture. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until internal temperature registers 165°F. Add lime juice and hot sauce and cook a few additional minutes. Top with avocado and seasoned walnuts.
- Serve chicken over cilantro lime rice with pico de gallo*.
