Seasoned Nuts



  1. In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1 tsp. of seasoning blend and 1 tsp. garlic. Add walnuts and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  • Gently rub produce under cold running water. Scrub firm produce with a clean vegetable brush under running water.
  • Wash all surfaces that come in contact with raw meat, poultry, seafood and eggs to avoid cross contamination.




  1. Melt remaining butter over medium heat. Add seasoning, garlic, and chicken, turning to coat both sides with butter mixture. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until internal temperature registers 165°F. Add lime juice and hot sauce and cook a few additional minutes. Top with avocado and seasoned walnuts.
  2. Serve chicken over cilantro lime rice with pico de gallo*.
